Biography
Dr. Dulay is a general cardiologist by training with a focus on care that is based by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s Triple (Quadruple) Aim. Her main focus has been quality improvement in cardiology. This includes small scale projects such as improving scan time for the sonographers and larger multi-stakeholder projects such as the AED project. She is known to be a collaborator outside of the cardiology discipline and is currently working on improving communication around palliative care for providers and patients with advanced heart disease. She is co-medical lead for Spread for Physician Quality Program at Doctors of BC for scaling up frontline projects. She is also the current physician representative for Island Health for the regional and provincial psychological and physical safety working group with Doctors of BC and Health Authorities.
