The Exercise Physiology and Cardiovascular Health Lab at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute is currently recruiting women living with heart disease for a research study which seeks to compare two exercise training programs on fitness and mental health.

RECARDIO study: Comparing the effects of cognitive training and physical exercise on cognition and cerebral autoregulation in men and women with heart failure
This randomized controlled trial will examine the effects of combined physical and cognitive training versus physical training alone and standard cardiac rehabilitation on cognition and cerebral autoregulation in men and women with HF.
